Multi Schools Meeting - Autumn Term 2020

This morning our head boy and head girl had their first official ‘task’. They took part in the Essex Schools Multi Schools Council discussion. Taking part in the meeting through Microsoft Teams they shared their views and ideas about how they as children would like to be supported in the future, what their worries are, what matters most to them and the impact of COVID-19 on their schooling and socially too. They joined Kierran from Essex and 5 other schools. Their views have been minuted and will be fed back to a wider working party. To say I am proud of them is an understatement. They listened to all of the other children with interest and empathy. Of course their official meeting wasn’t without a drink and snack! Well done guys!
