We had a brilliant time making burgers for our D&T project. Thank you to all the volunteers for helping to make this morning run smoothly. The children loved it!

School Games Primary Cross Country (Team Event)

We are lucky enough to have a coach from the London Rugby League Foundation training Year 5 in Tag Rugby!

This is the first time the children completed Circuit Training. It was enjoyable but they did find it a challenge!

Intrahouse Cross Country – Friday 9^th February 2018

The entire school ran a cross country course. It was certainly very muddy and the weather was a little unpredictable but the children ran extremely well despite this. We are extremely proud of the children’s efforts. The Junior Results are as follows: 1^st Ferguson, 2^nd Burrell, 3^rd Cole, 4^th Landon. The Overall Winner of the day was Ferguson. Well done to all who participated! J

School Games Event: Intrahouse Event (Hockey)

Red Deer Class have had a lovely afternoon playing hockey. I was impressed by their teamwork, determination and ability. Burrell triumphed with 7 points, closely followed by Ferguson with 4 points and in third place with 3 points, Landon and Cole. Well done to all players and thank you for your participation and enthusiasm to this event!

RED DEER CLASS CHARTER 2017-2018

1. We must try to always respect everyone in the class, including our teachers and LSAs. We should always put our hand up if we have an idea.

2. When we are completing our work, we should always aim to try our best and be as independent as possible so that we can learn and achieve more.

3. Try to keep the classroom tidy, but more importantly aim to be eco-friendly. This includes: recycling paper, keeping the cloakroom tidy and turning the lights off when we leave the room.

4. Embrace each other’s differences by including people in conversations and games and always remember to treat people how you would want to be treated.

5. Be quiet and sensible both in the classroom and in other areas of the school and try to use good manners.
